At Bat’s Cave Hut Transylvania, we believe in fair prices and total transparency. Every penny invested here translates into moments of peace, fresh mountain air, and priceless memories alongside your loved ones.
Check out our rates below and choose the period that suits you best for an escape to the Apuseni Mountains:
Accommodation Rates (Entire Cabin)
- Weekdays (Sunday – Thursday): 550 RON / night
- Weekend (Friday – Saturday): 650 RON / night
Note: To truly enjoy the charm of the place and to feel completely disconnected, the minimum stay is 2 nights.If you feel the mountains calling you for a longer stay and wish to find your peace with us for more than a week, leave us a message before booking. For longer stays, we love to arrange a more tailored price and offer you a discount, carefully crafted based on the number of days you choose to spend under the cliff of Sub Piatra.
👥 Capacity and Pricing Based on the Number of Guests
To ensure that every traveler enjoys all the space and comfort they need, our pricing policy is structured as follows:
- The base rate displayed above (550 RON în timpul săptămânii / 650 RON în weekend) este valabil pentru o ședere de up to 2 guests.
- For each additional guest (exceeding the number of 2 people), a fee of 100 RON / night.
- The maximum capacity of the cabin: 6 guests (a number that includes both adults and children).
Optional Pampering (On-site Experiences)
To make your stay truly complete, you can add moments of deep relaxation to your package:
- The hot tub (ciubăr) with hot water: 300 RON (May-September) sau 450 RON (October-April) / day (Prepared at the optimum temperature, ideal for an evening under the starry sky)
- Fir-Scented Sauna: 200 RON (May-September) sau 350 RON (October-April) / day (Perfect for purification and tension relief after a long day of hiking)

📑 Billing and Transparency
Because we like everything to be well-organized and done by the book, we provide all the legal documents for your stay:
- We issue a fiscal invoice for all accommodation services and facilities offered at the cabin.
- If you are traveling for business or wish to deduct the cost of your vacation through your company, please provide us with the billing details (for the company or individual) at the time you submit your reservation request.
🌲 Booking Policy (Cancellation Policy)
When booking at Bats Cave Hut Transylvania, the cabin is rented entirely and prepared exclusively for you. To ensure everything is clean and fair, here are our house rules:
- Cancellation by guests: The deposit paid is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. From the moment the payment is made, the calendar closes and the cabin can no longer be booked by other guests.
- Exceptional situations: In the event that the accommodation cannot take place due to reasons beyond the host's control (force majeure or technical issues with the cabin), your deposit will be fully refunded.
